Sure. We source all of our products directly from Japanese manufacturers and inspect all of our products for authenticity and quality assurance before they leave our warehouse in Japan.

All brands sold on our website are of Japanese origin, with the majority of products being made in Japan. In certain instances, some brands' products may be manufactured in other countries, which will be clearly indicated in the product description.

You may cancel your order by contacting us through the Customer Center within 1 hour after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped or more than 1 hour has passed, you'll need to follow our returns process.

All orders placed with us are usually processed within 3 business days. International delivery takes 4-21 days depending on the shipping method and country.

If we are not able to prepare your order for shipping within 3 business days for some reason, we will contact you via email.
