・1 bundle (approx. 100g per person).
・Plenty of water (no need to add salt).
・A colander and bowl for rinsing.

🔥 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Bring Water to a Boil
・Fill a large pot with water (about 1L per 100g of noodles).
・Bring to a rolling boil.

2. Add the Noodles
・Gently separate and add the soba noodles to the pot.
・Stir gently to prevent sticking.

3. Cook for 4–5 Minutes
・Boil for approximately 4 minutes, or until just tender (taste to check).

4. Drain and Rinse Well
・Drain the noodles in a colander.
・Immediately rinse under cold running water while gently rubbing the noodles to remove excess starch.
・This step is important for achieving a clean, firm texture.

5. Serve as Desired
・For cold dishes, keep rinsing until fully chilled.
・For hot dishes, briefly warm the rinsed noodles in hot water before serving in broth.
